Honey Gochujang Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, separated

  • Dry rub (pink garlic, ginger, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes, cornstarch)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp Gochujang paste

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

  • Wash chicken wings and pat dry.

  • In a bowl, combine pink garlic, ginger, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch to create the dry rub.

  • Season the chicken wings thoroughly with the dry rub.

  • Place seasoned wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, or until fully cooked.

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

  • Add fish sauce, Gochujang paste, and honey to the melted butter.

  • Stir continuously until all ingredients are well combined and the sauce is smooth.

  • Transfer baked chicken wings to a mixing bowl.

  • Pour the prepared sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.

  • Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro and enjoy!
