Honey Gochujang Wings
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings, separated
Dry rub (pink garlic, ginger, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes, cornstarch)
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Gochujang paste
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp butter
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
In a bowl, combine pink garlic, ginger, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch to create the dry rub.
Season the chicken wings thoroughly with the dry rub.
Place seasoned wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, or until fully cooked.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add fish sauce, Gochujang paste, and honey to the melted butter.
Stir continuously until all ingredients are well combined and the sauce is smooth.
Transfer baked chicken wings to a mixing bowl.
Pour the prepared sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro and enjoy!
